Buddakan | Lives up to the Hype

I'm always a little worried when I go to a restaurant labeled 'The Most Popular.' I generally associate such claims with long waits, over-priced and under-flavored food. Buddakan is not one of those restaurants. Steven Starr has managed to create a popular restaurant that serves good food and in good portions. The mistake I made when I first went there was ordering too much food. A couple could easily get filled up by ordering one starter, one salad and one entree. The Wasabi Tuna Pizza, Crispy Calamari Salad, and Ponzu Chicken are among my favorites. If you have room left over and love chocolate, you can't go wrong by ordering the Chocolate Bento Box for dessert. Map it!
